Check and adjust outside light timers to save energy and reduce costs. Return systems to automatic setting as soon as possible after using manual override.  

Missing drain strainers are a major cause of blocked drains and grease trap issues. SSBS, Auto-bev and icemaker drains should be flushed with hot water nightly to prevent blockages.

Be sure that walk-in cooler and freezer doors are closed properly to avoid product losses. Freezer curtains tied off to the side cause frost build-up and overwork the chilling unit.  

Turn off unused water sources and let us know about dripping taps, leaking hoses or other water waste.

Propped-open exterior doors invite pests and cause interior air handling imbalance.
